We retain your personal data for as long as necessary. Student records are generally retained for 5 years from the end of the course, unless a longer retention period is required by law. After expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Chat channels (LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram)

When you message the School via our LINE Official Account, Facebook Page, or Instagram account, we receive your message, profile name, and platform user ID through the providers' official APIs (LINE and Meta). This data is used solely to answer your enquiries about courses, admissions, and customer service. Every message is reviewed and answered by our staff — our system may suggest a draft reply to staff, but no message is sent to you without human approval. We never sell or disclose your chat data to third parties, and we retain it only as long as necessary to provide our services.

10. Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of your personal data — including your chat history from LINE, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram — at any time by contacting us at saharat@adelesmithschool.ac.th or pannee@adelesmithschool.ac.th, or via LINE @ashw, stating your profile name and the channel you used. We will delete your data from our systems within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm once completed.
